Plus PM receives “Sustainability Award” at the ICPMA Awards 2024.
On June 24, 2024, the ICPMA Conference 2024, hosted by The International Construction and Project Management Association (ICPMA), took place in New York, USA. This year Plus PM has been honored with “Sustainability Award” at the ICPMA Awards 2024 for our exemplary work on the “TALKE Dangerous Goods (DG) Warehouse project” which marks the first DG warehouse construction project in Malaysia for TALKE Logistics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
This DG warehouse has obtained the ‘Green Building Index (GBI)’ certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The introduction of advanced smart energy management systems, including the Power Monitoring Expert (PME) developed by TALKE in partnership with Schneider, has contributed to earning points in the energy efficiency and water efficiency categories of its evaluation systems.
ICPMA commended Plus PM for effective communication and regular progress updates with TALKE, the GBI commissioning specialist, and EPC contractors, facilitating smooth system implementation. We will continue to support our client’s business growth and sustainability endeavors by delivering comprehensive project management and construction management services.
