Nippon Konpo (Malaysia), New Bonded Logistics Warehouse is now completed.
The logistics bonded warehouse of Nippon Konpo (Malaysia), which started construction at the beginning of this year, was completed, and the delivery was completed safely on 30th September 2019.
Nippon Konpo (Malaysia)’s parent company, Nippon Konpo Holdings Co., Ltd., is aiming to further expand as a global company and has built many logistics warehouses in each country, but in Malaysia it is the 1st logistics warehouse.
Plus PM Consultant participated in this plan from July 2018, and carried out the basic plan, tender selection for design contractors, construction stages, and delivery support.
In order to deliver without delay, we used the precast method in on-site production, enabling us to obtain an inspection certificate for completion of construction in a short period of 9 months.
Plus PM Consultant was deeply involved in the construction of the 1st logistics warehouse in Malaysia to commemorate, and all the staff are happy and proud that we were able to get the satisfaction of the business owner from the cost, quality, schedule and safety management of the construction.
