Plus PM is working on HOP INN projects for a Thai hotel developer as the developer launches the first hotels in Japan.
Plus PM was awarded for four hotel renovation projects for providing Project Management service. Hop Inn Raku K.K. and other subsidiaries of Erawan HOP INN Company Limited that develops hotels in Thailand and the Philippines construct three hotels in Tokyo and one in Kyoto as their first projects in Japan. The earliest opening date of those hotels will be early December 2023.
We set up the ordering scheme as Lump-sum Design and Build contract for the bidding of 4 hotels and one contractor was selected in July 2023. Currently we’re managing Design stage.
We support our client till the opening of hotels with entire Plus PM group.
