Plus PM was contracted for construction management work for a renovation project of a branch campus of the University of Tsukuba in Malaysia through open tendering. Through this campus, the university provides students from all over the world with a more appealing education and aims to be to be a global higher education facility. To succeed the project, Plus PM Co., Ltd (Japan) and Plus PM Consultant Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) collaborate and support in basic plan, contractor selection, construction and preparation for the campus opening in September 2024.
