To be a contact point for clients, organize the project team, demonstrate leadership, and lead the project to success. Establish project strategy, procurement strategy, bidding coordination and documentation creation, construction site management, cost / quality / schedule management etc.

University Graduate or above
Those who has more than 10 years of experience in construction management for commercial industry at a construction company and with experience of on-site management experience.
Those who has more than 10 years of experience in design supervision of construction for commercial industry at a design company.
