Plus PM received Working in Alliance Award and Camera Award at ICPMA Conference 2023 (Munich, Germany).
The International Construction and Project Management Association (ICPMA) is a distinguished global organization dedicated to promoting best practices in construction and project management across the world. Founded in 2001 in Cannes, the ICPMA serves as a dynamic platform for professionals and academics to connect, collaborate and explore new business and research on a global basis. ICPMA also promotes research and education to disseminate best practices on the international stage and to those embarking on a career in construction project management.
This year Plus PM has been honored with “Working in Alliance Award” at the ICPMA Awards 2023 for their exemplary work on the “Travelodge Honmachi Osaka Project” which involved the renovation on an existing hotel in Japan for a Malaysian developer, marking the developer’s first subsidiary in Japan.
ICPMA commended Plus PM for their innovative double project manager system that effectively bridged 3 countries to allow smooth communication during the challenging pandemic with travel restriction to Japan, where the project was located. Another key to the success was Plus PM’s deep understanding of each country’s planning and design constraints that resulted in remarkable time efficiency.
The quality of the presentation video was also awarded the Camera Award 2023.
